2025 Dues Are Payable Now! Members Can Now Pay Dues and make donations using a credit card.
It’s time to pay your 2025 Membership Dues. In addition to supporting your neighborhood, payment of annual dues grants members the right to vote on items put up for general membership vote.
At the General Membership Meeting in November 2024, members voted to increase annual dues to $100 per property for 2025. Thirty-one members voted and the increase passed at a 24 to 7 majority. Due to the impacts of hurricanes Helene and Milton and the number of residents who may be displaced or experiencing a financial hardship, the Board has unanimously decided to offer a Financial Hardship Discount for 2025 dues. Anyone who is not able to pay $100 may pay $45 and retain their right to vote. We understand these are difficult times for many members.
