Ownership of Beach Lots M&N comes with a lot of responsibility. Your Board bears the lead to make sure that protection of your privacy, rights and enjoyment are Job One. We also need to do everything we can to protect the natural beauty and integrity of our dune system. Likewise, we all have a responsibility to do what we can to support the cause and treat each other kindly as neighbors.

DCPOC ADDRESSES RESILIENCY
DCPOC Taking On Flooding Issues
Led by Board Member Kathy Garchow, DCPOC has been hard at work addressing the resiliency issues in the neighborhood. A petition signed by hundreds of property owners was sent to the City of St Pete Beach several months ago.
We have established monthly status meetings with our new City Manager to review progress on several initiatives. Below is the City’s response to the petition.
